Prior to joining BNKJ, Jeff worked in a series of progressively senior positions at Deloitte & Touche, LLP. He holds undergraduate degrees in both accounting and finance from the University of South Carolina (Go Gamecocks!), where he also earned his Masters of Taxation. Jeff is a member of the AICPA, a member of the National Association of Real Estate Companies (NAREC) where he is currently serving on the organization’s governing board, and has held leadership positions within the Georgia Society of CPAs.

Jeff is originally from Bridgeport, Connecticut, and now lives in Marietta, Georgia with his wife, Laura. They have two daughters. When not immersed in the world of accounting, tax and finance, Jeff enjoys playing guitar and also – like many Atlantans — is an avid member of the Atlanta Lawn Tennis Association (ALTA) as well as the United States Tennis Association (USTA). Though most people are not privy to his secret talent, Jeff is also a surprisingly good cook. He is an active volunteer, serving his community through philanthropic organizations that include the Good Samaritan Health Center of Cobb County and MUST Ministries.
