Teri is a marketing professional with more than 20 years experience in professional services marketing. She focuses her efforts at BNKJ on communications, client relations, business partnerships, public relations, firm image and branding, training, and marketing strategies.
Prior to joining BNKJ, Teri managed the marketing efforts of some of Atlanta’s top law firms, including Troutman Sanders, Holland & Knight, and Greenberg Traurig.
Teri is a member of the Leadership Sandy Springs Class of 2015, and is the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce 2015 Woman of Distinction. She currently sits on the 15-member Women of UGA Leadership Council, the Executive Board and Long Ranging Planning Committee of the Sandy Springs Society (Civics Chair) and on the Executive Committee of BNKJ Women’s Initiative Network. Teri is 2016/2017 Chairperson of Live, Love, & Lead for Leadership Sandy Springs. She also serves on the Workforce Development Committee and Governmental Affairs Committee of the Sandy Springs/Perimeter Chamber of Commerce as well as Parent Ambassador Committee for the Mount Vernon Presbyterian School.
Teri participates in numerous social and civic organizations, including Art Sandy Springs, Heritage Sandy Springs, the SSPC Women in Business Network, the Association for Accounting Marketing and the University of Georgia and Grady College of Journalism Alumni Associations. She has participated in Tour de Cure, Camp Twin Lakes Spin for Kids, Sandy Springs Lightning 5K, and Lauren’s Run.
Teri’s other leadership positions have included Executive Board of Art Sandy Springs/Communications Chair, Lower School and Preschool President of the Mount Vernon Presbyterian School, Co-Chair of The MVPS Benefit, and Sandy Springs Society’s Communications and Fundraising Committees.
Teri is the 2012 Sandy Springs Society Blue Ribbon Award Winner, and award given to the most active and involved new member, and is a five year honoree of the National Association of Professional Women. She holds a BA in journalism from the University of Georgia, and lives with her husband, son and daughter in Sandy Springs.
